Built for job seekers

Most job platforms are built to fill open positions. Employers pay, so employers are the customer. Jobalix works the other way round: it is built for the person looking, and especially for the person who always wonders whether something better is out there.

Jobalix is one of very few job platforms built around the job seeker instead of the employer.

What if you currently have a job?

You are not in a hurry, and you don't have the time or energy to keep scrolling job boards. You would just like to hear about a position when it truly fits you. Typical reasons:

You set role type, industry, work style and region once. After that you do not search. Jobalix watches new postings and writes to you only when a role clearly fits, and each match explains why across skills, experience, technology and seniority. Nobody can find you: there is no public profile, and your CV is used for matching and nothing else, so your current employer has nothing to stumble on.

What this means

The business model, briefly

Jobalix earns only from subscriptions paid by job seekers, which is why there is nothing for an employer to buy. Plans, the free trial (14 days, or until your first job match if that takes longer) and the 30-day refund are in the pricing section.
