Frequently asked questions
Everything about how Jobalix works, what it costs and how your data is handled. Missing something? Use the help button at the top of the page.
Who is Jobalix for?
Anyone looking for a job can use Jobalix, but it is designed for people who currently have a job but are open to something better: a better fit, the next career step, another industry, a different culture, a shorter commute or a startup. It works for knowledge workers at startups, SMEs and large companies. Jobalix watches new postings and only notifies you when a role is worth your attention.
Do employers see my profile?
No. Your data is private and never shared with companies. You alone decide when and where to apply. There are no recruiters or companies on our platform.
How does Jobalix make money?
Only from subscriptions paid by job seekers. Employers cannot register, so nobody else pays us and nobody else can influence what you see.
Can employers pay to appear in my alerts?
No. There are no employer accounts, no sponsored matches and no paid ranking.
Do I need to search actively?
No. Jobalix runs in the background and only notifies you when strong new matches appear.
How many notifications will I get?
Only when strong matches appear. No spam, no generic listings.
Is Jobalix available worldwide?
Jobalix searches for jobs globally, but our current focus and strongest coverage are in Switzerland.
Why do I have to pay for job alerts?
Because the alternative is that someone else pays, and then you are the product. A free trial without a credit card lets you check the matches first: 14 days, or until your first job match if that takes longer.
Is there a free version?
No. Jobalix is a paid service, but you can try it free for 14 days, or until your first job match if that takes longer. No credit card needed.
