Jobalix is an AI-powered job matching platform that helps users find relevant job opportunities based on their CV and preferences. The Service includes job scraping, CV analysis, and personalized job recommendations.

3. Subscription and Payment

Access to Jobalix requires a paid monthly subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fee as displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal.

We offer a 30-day refund policy. If you are unhappy with the Service within 30 days of your first payment, contact support for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

4. User Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you provide to Jobalix, including your CV and job preferences. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users of the Service
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service without permission
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a way that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Jobalix and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that job postings are accurate, current, or complete, nor do we guarantee successful job placement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Jobalix be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
